HIGGINS is a traveling merchant from the IMPERIAL CITY of FUNARIA. Unlike other merchants, HIGGINS is content moving his shop from location to location. He mostly carries items and certain magical jewelry for only the bravest of adventurers. How he's able to travel without constantly being attacked by MONSTERS is a mystery.
